Zipline riders are secured in a harness, which is attached to a rope suspended between two points. The rider then soars (or zips) from point A to point B, while secured in the harness, and watching the ground below fly by at a zipping 30-40 miles per hour. A true adventure.
This is an exceptionally exciting adventure but not advised if you are uncomfortable with heights or faint of heart. Check with your vendor for specific age, weight and other restrictions. Generally speaking, this is not a good activity for older adventurers, or those with back problems. Make sure you wear closed toed shoes, and either long pants or shorts that drop past the mid-thigh (for comfort while zipping in the harness). Please secure long hair in a ponytail holder.
